Every package is reviewed before publication
Our team reads each package before publication. Submitted changes to published packages are reviewed too.
Limits of our checks
We do not compare prices with the market or guarantee the outcome of a trip. We review agency details, check packages and investigate reported problems.
Reviews
Rate the applicable criteria and tell us how your experience matched the description. Only buyers who completed the trip can review it.
You can also record your actual spending. It is compared with the package’s cost estimate.
Criteria that apply to the package
Did the package match your actual experience? — Yes / Mostly / No
Accuracy score
Yes scores 1, Mostly 0.6 and No 0. The score appears once a package has at least 3 reviews.
Search position is not sold
There is no paid placement. Ranking considers ratings, accuracy and sales. New packages do not start with an automatic five-star score.
Sellers can reply to reviews but cannot delete them
Sellers can reply publicly to reviews. Only our team removes reviews that break the rules, recording the reason.

Report copied content, an impractical route or invented prices. Our team can review and unpublish the package, explaining the reason to the seller.
Asked to pay a different account
Pay only using the details shown in your BonRota order. Report different account or card details sent in chat; someone may be impersonating the agency.
Order dispute
Open a dispute from My trips. Our team can review the order, payment report, saved package version and conversation.
BonRota does not charge the buyer’s card or hold the trip payment. Business model →
